Our second pick is also a great wood working program with thousands of quality schematics. As with our first pick, you get thousands of great and detailed wood working plans.

You also get occasional updates and new plans as they come in. Overall, this is a good project set that is easy to follow and easy to use.

But our expectations were high after testing and reviewing our top choice. Those that have the ability to compare the two choices will find that the quality is just a tiny bit less than the first one – and it has about 2000 less designs.

Yet, in summary, this is another solid program and will deliver pretty good schematics to you can use for thousands of projects. Therefore, it comes in a very close second.

Idea Woodworking Plans

Idea Wood Working Plans is our third and final selection out of the many we have reviewed and tested.

It provides fairly good plans that can be beneficial to a number of projects you want to work on.

Yet, there is a bit of a downside with these plans, as the quality of the schematics and the detailed material list fall short of our top two choices. We found that it also didn’t have several of the projects that are popular for many people.

This plan set may be useful for a person who wants to supplement their own knowledge or their own wood working library of plans, but not necessarily care about the quality of the drawings themselves.

Overall, it is still a good pick among the many out there and deserved a solid third choice from our review.
